Do Electronics Affect Sleep Quality?

Electronics have become a big part of our daily lives in today’s digital age. We’re constantly surrounded by electronic devices, from smartphones to tablets to laptops and televisions. Here are some potential effects of electronics on sleep and examine some strategies to mitigate their impact.

Ultimately, finding a balance between using electronics and prioritizing healthy sleep habits will promote better rest and contribute to a more energized and refreshed waking state.
